EASY SPICY POTATO FRY

INGREDIENTS:

Potato - 1 big

Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tspn

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Cumin powder - 1/2 tspn

Garam Masala - 1/2 tspn

Salt - to taste

Curry leaves


Ready... set... go...

Boil the potato and dice it. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix it thoroughly.

Leave it aside for fifteen minutes.


Heat oil preferably coconut oil. Add 1/2 tspn cumin seeds and curry leaves to it.

Next add the marinated potato to it and keep stirring.

Keep stirring until the masala gets coated well and the potato gets fried and crispy.

Spicy and tasty potato fry ready.

This dish is easy, spicy and tasty.. goes well for curd rice, chapathi .. try it😎😎
