Dry Chana Masala

INGREDIENTS:

Chana - 2 cups cooked chana

Onion - 1

Garlic - 3 cloves

Ginger - 1 small piece

Green chilly - 1

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Coriander powder - 1 tspn

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Garam masala - 1/4 tspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


Ready with the ingredients👩👩

Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When it crackles add red chilly.

Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly, curry leaves and saute well.

Add turmeric powder and fry well until the raw smell goes.

Next add coriander powder, chilly powder and garam masala and fry well.

Once done add the pressure cooked chana.

Combine the chana with the masala. Add necessary salt and allow it to cook.

Tasty Chana dry fry ready🙂🙂
