Drumstick Dal Curry

INGREDIENTS:

Toor Dal - 1/4 cup

Drumstick - 3

Tomato - 1

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn

Garlic - 1

Shallots - 2

Coconut - 1/4 cup

Salt - to taste

Curry leaves - a few

Mustard seeds - 1 tspn

Red chilly - 2


Ready with the ingredients🤗🤗

Clean the toor dal and put it inside the pressure cooker.

Pressure cook the toor dal and keep it aside.

In a vessel put cut tomato. I took a mud pot.

Add the cut drumsticks also to it.

Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, necessary salt and allow it to boil.

Put coconut, cumin seeds, garlic, shallots, turmeric powder into a mixer.

Grind it into a fine paste.

Once the drumstick is half cooked add the cooked dal and boil.


Next add the ground mixture.

Allow it to boil until it gets cooked.

Season it with mustard seeds, red chilly and curry leaves.

Pour the seasoning into the curry.

Yummy curry ready

This is a good combination for rice.. I love this dish😎😎
