Diamond cuts - Sweet and Salt

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour - 1 cup each for salt and sweet

Chilly powder - 3/4 tspn

Sesame seeds - 1/2 tspn

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Salt - to taste

Oil - for frying


READY😎😎

Add salt to the flour.

Add water to the flour and knead into a smooth dough.

The dough for sweet diamond cuts is ready.

Let's knead for the salted diamond cuts now.

Add salt, chilly powder, sesame seeds, cumin seeds and necessary water

Roll it into a round shape and cut like diamonds.

Put that in oil and deep fry.

Turn it over and fry well.

Fry well and keep it aside.

Now roll out the salted one and cut into diamond shapes.

Fry and keep aside.

Take 1/4 cup sugar for the coating.

Add the sugar to a pan.

Add 1/4 cup water to it.

Keep stirring until you get one string consistency.

Now it has reached the correct consistency. Add the diamond cuts in this .

Mix the diamond cuts in the sugar syrup well.

Let it get coated well.

Sweet diamond cuts ready.

Snack ready

Store in air tight containers and enjoy the crispiness of it.
