Curd RicešŸš šŸš

INGREDIENTS:

Palakkadan matta Rice - 1 glass

Curd - 1 cup

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 2

Ginger - 1 small piece

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


Set to start. šŸ™‚šŸ™‚

Heat oil and add mustard seeds.

Add red chilly, onion, green chilly, ginger and curry leaves. Saute well.

Saute the ingredients well.

Add necessary salt now.

Pressure cook the rice until done and keep it aside.

When the onion turns translucent, add the cooked rice.

Add necessary salt and switch off the stove. Then add the yoghurt. Mix it well until the rice becomes soft.

Curd rice ready😊😊

Goes well with fryums, mulaku thirumiyathu and any vegetable side dish😃😃
