INGREDIENTS:

Red chilly - 3

Small Onion - 10

Tamarind juice - lemon sized

Coconut oil - 1 tspn

Salt - to taste


Readyyyy😊😊

Put the red chilly into a skewer.

Put it over a flame to smoke it,

Ensure that it is smoked properly.

Put it into a bowl and crush it with your hands.

Add the cut shallots and mix it along with the crushed red chilly.

Take the juice of a lemon sized tamarind.

Pour the tamarind juice and add necessary salt to the crushed mixture.

Add coconut oil and mix well.

Yummy dish ready.

Spicy and sour... leaves a tingling taste😊😊
