INGREDIENTS:

Chicken breast - 800 grams

Onion - 3

Ginger - 1 piece

Garlic - 6 cloves

Green Chilly - 4

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Garam masala - 3/4 tspn

Coriander leaves

Curry leaves

Salt


Ready with the ingredientsšŸ˜ŽšŸ˜Ž

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cut onion, ginger, green chilly, garlic and saute.

Add turmeric powder and fry until the raw smell goes.

Add chilly powder and garam masala now and fry well.

Saute until all the powders are combined well.

Add tomato now and saute well.

Next we have to add coriander leaves and mix well.

Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt.


Pressure cook the marinated chicken portion until done. Shred the chicken and add to the fried mixture.

Combine the chicken along with the fried mixture. Add salt if needed. You can also add a little garam masala at this stage.

Garnish with coriander leaves again and mix well.

Dry chilly chicken readyšŸ˜ŽšŸ˜Ž

You can make sandwiches with this, chapathi rolls, children will enjoy.šŸ‘§šŸ‘“
