Chilly Chicken🍗🍗

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken - 800 gms

Onion - 4 sliced

Garlic - 2 tbspn cut fine

Ginger - 2 tbspn cut fine

Green Chilly - 6 to 8 slit

Capsicum(Optional) - 1/2 cubed

Pepper powder - 1 tbspn

Tomato Sauce - 3tbspn

Chilly Sauce - 3 tbspn

Soya Sauce - 4 tbspn

Salt - as needed

Oil


All set to start 😎😎

Heat oil. Add the cut chicken pieces to it and saute well. Do not add water. Keep stirring the chicken at intervals until water evaporates. This might take around 15 minutes.

Add soya sauce, chilly sauce and tomato sauce to it. Mix it well until the chicken is well coated with all the sauces.



To the well coated chicken pieces now add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly. Keep stirring until it gets mixed well with the chicken. Add 1 cup water at this stage and salt as required.

Add crushed pepper powder to this and stir well.

At this stage, you can add capsicum. This is optional. I added half capsicum..Mix this well.

Yummy chilly chicken ready🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

This goes well with Chapathi, kuboos etc. So get your taste buds tingling🙂🙂
