Chicken Mughlai🍗🍗🍗

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken - 1 kg

Onion - 4

Ginger - 1 big piece

Garlic - 6 to 8

Tomato - 1

Green chilly - 4

Cashew nut - 8 to 10

Coriander powder - 2 tbspn

Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Fennel seeds - 1/4 tspn

Cardamom - 2

Cinnamon sticks - 4 small sticks

Cloves - 4 or 5

Pepper corn - 6 to 8

Salt - to taste

Ready with all the ingredients🙂

Grind Onion (2), Ginger, Garlic, Cashew nut, Turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder into a fine paste.

Ground paste is ready.

Marinate the chicken with this ground paste and keep it aside for two hours.

Heat oil. Add the whole spices, fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves and pepper corn.

When the spices start spluttering add the marinated chicken pieces and fry well .

Add one cut tomato, salt and necessary water. Cook until done.

In another pan heat oil and saute onion (2) and green chilly until brown. Garnish the cooked chicken with the fried items.

Chicken Mughlai ready.😎😎
