CHICKEN BURGER🥪🥪

INGREDIENTS:

Boneless chicken - 250 gram

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 1

Garlic - 4 cloves

Ginger - 1 small piece

Coriander leaves - a 1/4 handful

Chilly sauce - 1 tbspn

Bread crumbs - 2 slices ( crumbs)

Salt - to taste


Ready😎😎

Put onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly and coriander leaves into the mixer.

Pulse and keep it aside.

Mince the boneless chicken and add the ground mixture to it.

Add 1 tbspn chilly sauce.

Add bread crumbs of 2 slices of bread.

Add a piece of butter and necessary salt. Mix it well.

Mix everything together and keep it aside.

Make it into round patties and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan.


Shallow fry the burgers in it on low flame. It takes around 4 to 5 minutes to cook on one side.

Flip over to the other side when one side is done.

Yummy burger ready😃😃
