INGREDIENTS:
Chicken thighs - 900 gms
Onion - 4
Ginger - 1 big piece
Green chilly - 4
Potato - 5
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Chilly powder - 3/4 tspn
Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
Maida - 1 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Curry leaves













It is an all time favourite at home. It's my version of chicken cutlets.😎😎
