Chicken Bhaji

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken thighs - 900 gms

Onion - 4

Ginger - 1 big piece

Green chilly - 4

Potato - 5

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Chilly powder - 3/4 tspn

Garam masala - 1/2 tspn

Maida - 1 1/2 cup

Salt - to taste

Curry leaves



Set to start😎😎

Wash the chicken well. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt. Mix it well and pressure cook .

Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves until it turns light brown.

Shred the chicken pieces and add to the above mixture and mix well.

Add garam masala to the above mixture and keep stirring.

Add boiled potatoes and mash well. Let it get combined well with the mixture.

Roll the mixture into balls and then flatten it.

Take one and half cup maida in another vessel.

Add salt, water and mix well into smooth flowing consistency without lumps.

Dip a flattened piece of the mixture into the batter. Coat it well.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the coated flattened chicken mixture into the hot oil. Fry until one side turns brown.

Flip over and fry until brown.

Yummy chicken bhaji ready. You will never stop with one.😃😃

It is an all time favourite at home. It's my version of chicken cutlets.😎😎
