INGREDIENTS:

Cheera (Red) - 1 bunch

Onion - 1

Garlic - 2

Green chilly - 1

Coconut - 3 tbspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Red chilly - 1

Salt - to taste


Ready with the ingredients 😎😎

Heat oil. Crackle mustard and add red chilly.

Add cut onion, garlic, green chilly and curry leaves. Saute until onion becomes translucent.

When onion becomes translucent, add turmeric powder and stir until the raw smell goes. Then add the cut cheera, necessary salt and saute well.

Add 3 tbspn coconut when cheera gets cooked.

Combine the coconut well with the leaves.

Nutritious and tasty cheera thoran ready.🤗🤗
