Carrot Pachadi

INGREDIENTS

Carrot - 2

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 2

Ginger - a small piece

Curd - 1 cup

Salt - to taste


Ready to start🙂🙂

Heat oil. Add onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves. Saute well.

Next add grated carrots to it and saute well until the raw smell goes. Let the grated carrot become soft.

Once the carrot turns soft, switch off the gas. Allow it to cool.

Add curd to the fried mixture when it turns cold. Add necessary salt too and mix well.

Tasty carrot pachadi is ready😊😊

This dish goes well with rice as a side dish. Tasty, delicious and healthy😎😎
