Brinjal Fry

INGREDIENTS:

Brinjal - 3

Chilly powder - 1 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn

Pepper powder - 1 tspn

Vinegar - 1 1/2 tspn

Salt - to taste

Coconut oil

Ready to fry🙂

Thinly slice the onion into round pieces.

Add the powders now,

ree
Add turmeric, chilly powder and pepper powder to it.

Add salt and vinegar. Mix it well and keep it aside for around 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the brinjal pieces.

Flip it over when one side is done.

Brinjal fry ready🤔🤔

Goes well with curd rice.😃
