Bread Vada

INGREDIENTS:

Bread - 6 slices

Rice flour - 1/2 cup

Rava - 1/3 cup

Curd - 3/4 cup

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 1

Ginger - 1 small piece

Cumin seeds - 1 tspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste

Ready with ingredients🙂

Break the bread slices into pieces.

Add half a cup rice flour to the crumbled bread.

ree
Add 1/3 cup rava.

Add 3/4 cup cur now to the crumbled bread.

ree
Add chopped onion, green chilly and ginger.

ree
Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and salt. Combine everything and make it into a soft and smooth dough.

Mix the batter well into a smooth consistency. Take a small ball, flatten it in your palm and make a small hole in the middle.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the flattened vadas into the hot oil to fry. Let it be on medium flame as it should get cooked.

Flip over to the other side when one side is done.
