INGREDIENTS

Bread - 5 slices

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 1

Ginger - 1 small piece

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn

Chilly powder - 1/2 tspn

Tomato - 1/2 a tomato

Coriander leaves - quarter handful

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


Let's get started😊

Sprinkle a little water and break the bread into fine pieces. Do this with your hand. Do not powder it.

Cut the onion, green chilly, ginger, tomato and coriander leaves.

Heat oil in a pan. Crackle mustard seeds.

Add cumin seeds to it.

Next add the cut vegetables and saute.

Once the onion turns translucent add the cut tomato.

Add turmeric powder and fry until the raw smell goes.

Next add the chilly powder and fry well.

Once done add coriander leaves and necessary salt. Mix it well

Now add the crushed bread and stir well.

Combine the bread well with the fried mixture.
