Bread Pakora

INGREDIENTS:

Bread - 4 slices

Onion - 1

Carrot - 1/4

Green chilly - 1

Ginger - a small piece

Curry leaves - few

Fennel seeds - 1 tspn

Maida - 3 tbspn

Salt - to taste


Ready to start😎

Break the bread slices into small pieces.

Add all the cut vegetables and fennel seeds.

Mix the vegetables with the bread pieces.

Add 3 tbspn maida and salt and mix well. Add 1/4 glass water.

Add water and make it into fine paste.

Take a spoonful and put it into the hot oil for frying.

Once the pakora is done, remove from oil.

Yummy pakora ready.
