Bread omelette Street Style

INGREDIENTS:

Bread - 2 slices

Egg - 1

Onion - 1 small

Ginger - a small piece

Green chilly - 1

Milk - 2tbspn

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn

Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn

Coriander leaves - few

Salt - to taste


All set😎😎

Cut the vegetables into fine pieces.

Break the egg into a bowl.

Beat the egg well until fluffy. Then add 2 tbspn milk and beat well.

Add turmeric powder and pepper powder and beat well.

Add salt and beat well.

Add the cut vegetables and mix well.

Heat and grease a tawa. Pour the egg mixture.

Place a slice of bread on the mixture and press well.

Flip over once the side is done.

You have tasty bread omelette ready now.
