Beetroot Pachadi😄

INGREDIENTS:

Beetroot - 1 medium size

Onion - 1

Green chilly - 1

Ginger - a small piece

Yoghurt - 5 tbspn

Curry leaves - a few

Salt - to taste


All set😊

Cut onion, ginger, green chilly and grate beetroot.

Heat oil in a pan and saute the cut onion, ginger and green chilly.

Saute until it turns golden brown.

Now add the grated beetroot.

Fry until the beetroot becomes soft and loses its rawness.

Transfer to another vessel and allow it to cool.

Add yoghurt and necessary salt and mix well until it becomes smooth and creamy.

Yummy beetroot pachadi ready😅
