Banana Fritters šŸŒšŸŒšŸŒ

INGREDIENTS

Banana - 2

Maida - 1 cup

Rice flour - 1/2 cup

Milk powder - 2 tbspn

Sugar - 4 tspn

Salt - a pinch

Oil


Snack timešŸ˜ŽšŸ˜Ž

Into a mixing bowl, add maida, rice flour, milk powder, sugar and a pinch of salt.

Add water and mix it well. Ensure that there are no lumps. Let it be of thick flowing consistency.

Slice the bananas and keep it ready for frying.

Heat oil in a pan. Dip the sliced bananas into the batter and coat it well. Put this in the hot oil and fry.

Flip it over when one side is done. Fry until it becomes a golden brown.
