INGREDIENTS:
Basmati Rice - 2 cups
Water - 3 cups
Onion - 2
Ginger - 2 small piece
Garlic - 6 cloves
Green chilly - 5
Tomato - 1 big
Carrot - 1/2
Potato - 1
Beans - 10
Yoghurt - 4 tbspn
Chilly powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
Cinnamon sticks - 2 small piece
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 3
Bay leaves - 1
Coriander leaves - handful
Mint leaves - handful
Salt - to taste
